Fleet Administrator
Location: Peterborough / hybrid
Salary PAYE: \xc2\xa313.85 - \xc2\xa314.36 per hour
Term: 6 months
Hours: 08:00 - 16:00 Monday - Friday
The role
You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Europe, Middle East and Africa\'s Fleet Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Update records of the Live Fleet list
- MOT Date Check
- Chase MOTs & Escalate if required
- Termination reports
- Chase outstanding Renewal Approvals
- Crosscheck Motor Insurance Database vs the company car database
- AA Training Follow up
- Check E-DRIVING list vs UK Fleet List to confirm all drivers are present and authorized
- Fines detail sent to E-DRIVING for e-learning resets
- Chase drivers of Tesla & Polestar for delivery dates for lease accelerate (LAS)
- Liaise with Finance contacts at the different sites
- Liaise with Lease Coordinators and operational leadership
- Perform other duties as assigned
