About Us:

We are a specialist subcontractor who works within the modular construction industry, delivering high-quality fit-outs both in a factory environment and on site. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Fixers to join our team and work under the supervision of our Fit-Out Supervisor.

Role Overview:

As a Fixer, you will be responsible for installing metal stud partitions, boarding, and completing associated works. You will be working in both controlled factory settings and active construction sites, requiring a strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Install metal stud partitions and boarding to specification Read, interpret, and work from construction drawings Adhere to strict health and safety standards, including 5-point PPE requirements Assist with finishing works both in the factory and on-site Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment

Requirements:

Proven experience in metal stud partitioning and boarding Ability to read and understand construction drawings Good attitude towards health and safety Valid CSCS card Own basic hand tools Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Knowledge of Siniat drylining system would be advantageous
