Excellent opportunity for a Blinds and Curtain Fitters Mate to join a well-established company based in South East London
The Company
We are looking for a Blind Fitters Mate to join our team. Previous curtain, blind or cubicle track fitting experience is preferred, however not essential as full training will be given, but a good knowledge of working with power and hand tools, an eye for detail, and the ability to take accurate measurements are essential.
Main duties
Following an online daily calendar and with constant support from a Lead engineer and back office you would attend various sites to install, repair and survey a large variety of window blinds, curtains and hospital cubicle track installations mainly within Greater London. Other tasks including but not limited to;
On-site installation of bespoke blinds, curtains and cubicle tracks
On-site repairs and maintenance of existing blinds, curtains and Cubicle tracks.
On-site survey and measurements for new projects/installations
Must have skills
(absolutely essential):
Confident in using power and hand tools, hardware fixings
Full UK Driving Licence
Taking accurate Surveys
Ability to learn from a lead fitter on the job
Good communication skills
Good time management
Ability to take initiative

Salary: 31028.40 per year
