COMPANY OVERVIEW

Purple Granite have been trading since 2010 and, since then, we have seen our business grow more and more. We pride ourselves on supplying the best value stone worktops without compromising quality. We supply to the kitchen, shop fitting and building trade as well as direct to the public.

Due to our ongoing growth, we are looking to expand our Fitting team. The candidate will be responsible for completing the installation of solid stone worktops to the highest standard.

CORE DUTIES

The installation of all worktops to the highest specification and precision. Completion of detailed quality control on all worktops installed at the time of installation and pre-loading. Ensuring that all required paperwork is completed to the companies required working standard. Ensuring that the company vehicle is loaded with the correct tools and equipment required for daily duties. Responsible for assuring the safe operation of all tools and machinery as stated in our Health and Safety Policies, Procedures, and Operational Guidance. Assessing and surveying each installation site to ensure that it complies with the companies Health and Safety standard. Representing the company at a customer facing level to the highest standard. This is also required when speaking to the customers via telephone. Assist with the general maintenance and housekeeping of the yard and staff areas. Assist Installations and Production Manager with any relevant tasks required.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

The candidate must be able to display excellent time management skills and have the ability to work without supervision. They will require a strong attention to detail and relevant experience within the industry.

A full driving licence is essential.

Salary is dependant upon experience.
