To be responsible for the day to day operation of the fitness suite and ensure it is run effectively and satisfies the client, customer and contract requirements. This is to be achieved in a fashion designed to promote a friendly, relaxed, safe and enjoyable atmosphere.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Achieve and maintain the highest standard of personal and facility presentation at all times.
Maintain and clean all equipment to manufacturers recommended standards, addressing all minor maintenance work and reporting breakdowns.
Ensure highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout, including the changing facilities and toilets.
Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction is maintained at all times, passing all customer feedback, verbal and written to the line manager.
To generate income through the PT service and increase PT Client numbers.
To follow the members journey, delivering inductions and exercise programs to the highest standard taking into account the clients situation.
Maintain up to date administrative records ensuring that all customer information and personal records are stored in line with 3DLeisure's policies on client confidentiality.
Responsible for delivering an effective, high quality customer service focused on the customer care program that attracts new members, maintains the interest of existing members and enhances the image of the centre.
Responsible for recording performance indicators and measurement statistics for the site ensuring that all targets are reached.
Ensure at all times all documentation is correct, up to date and filed in the appropriate location or forwarded to the appropriate person according to required deadline.
Ensure that your knowledge, skills and methods in the consultation, assessment and prescription of exercise and health programs are up to date
Delivery of fitness classes.
Possess a valid Emergency First Aid certificate and act as a first aider
Implement all strategies and financial targets of the company to ensure the site operates at maximum financial performance and assist the line manager in compiling business targets and plans.
Constantly seek new ways in which the facility can develop the services offered to the customer, increasing revenue for 3DLeisure and the client. Any ideas should be presented to the line manager for discussion.
Take reasonable care of your own safety and of others and fully comply with 3DLesiure health and safety policies and procedures.
Help to contribute in the centre's sales and retention system following the correct procedures for all prospects and enquiries.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the service including any internal and external assessments.
Assist all Centre departments in operational aspects when the need arises.
Maintain up to date First Aid certificate and CIMPSA accreditation.
