Lichfield

. We are looking for an outstanding Fitness Coach to work with a well renowned and rapidly growing independent business within the health and fitness industry.

Working alongside the Manager and Team Leaders, you'll create a slick member experience that keeps the results coming (and the members too!)

A real 'people person', you'll introduce newcomers to the club through gym orientations and inductions, deliver some of our leading fitness classes, plus ensure the club is in tip top shape, through monitoring of the gym area and first class cleanliness.

Whether you're coaching, cleaning or co-ordinating a class, you'll share your passion for top tier standards, and create an environment our members just love coming back to.

A passion for everything leisure and fitness, a smile and ability to talk to everyone, building relationships with our gym members A personal training qualification and experience in a similar environment The ability to deliver outstanding customer service, leading to exceptional member satisfaction Solutions orientated with an eye for spotting issues before they happen Ability to work in compliance with company and legal guidelines, keeping yourself, colleagues and customers safe confident welcoming coach with excellent time management skills, positive manner and an ambition to change the game Pilates/Boxfit/group exercise/sales experience

Training will be given for all of our systems as well as for our programmes. You will be capable of operating in line with our standards and procedures while delivering a first class fitness experience.

Managing KPIs,sales & retention and driving club performance

This role has a strong focus on sales and levels of service, so whoever comes in needs to have that in mind and be willing to deliver upon this!

KPI's

Classes Like cycling,boxing,mobility etc Planning and Delivery of small group PT sessions Taking pride in the presentation of the workplace Representing Energie Fitness in a way that meets our culture and expectations Maintaining the waiting list levels and communication in relation to this Training can be provided to run certain specific classes.

Role and Responsibilities

Providing an engaging, fun and developmentally focussed small group PT Focus on sales and marketing to grow the gym member base Focus on retention of members and their satisfaction Improving standards in the gym Communication with Members in person, over the phone and by email General Housekeeping Duties Engage in your own personal development
