The Fit & Wear Trial Specialist plays a vital role in the product development process--organising, managing, and analysing real-world wear tests that shape the future of our footwear.


This is a hands-on role requiring strong organisational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a keen eye for detail. The Fit & Wear Trial Specialist will work closely with the Research & Development team to coordinate wear trials, track test samples, and gather valuable feedback from testers. The Responsibilities:



Wear Trial Coordination & Testing




Build and maintain a database of wear testers, categorised by end-use Coordinate wear trials across both UK and Asia, tracking all ongoing testing. Assist in selecting wear testers based on trial needs and requirements. Ensure testers follow wear test protocols and provide structured feedback. Track and document test progress, wear patterns, and any reported issues.

Product Feedback & Analysis



Collect, organise, and summarise wear test feedback in a structured format. Work closely with the R&D and Product Development teams to highlight key insights and areas for improvement. Identify trends in tester feedback and contribute to potential solutions for product challenges. Liaise with Product Development teams in China and Vietnam to provide consolidated feedback and recommendations.

Sample Management & Organisation



Maintain and track wear test samples across both UK and Asia teams, ensuring they are distributed, and feedback is collected on time. Organise and label samples accurately for various wear trials. Work with the product teams to ensure test samples meet specifications prior to hand-out. Oversight of gold seal samples and sample season Archive management

Process Improvement & Problem-Solving



Continuously refine wear testing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reliability. Work proactively to streamline tracking, data collection, and reporting methodologies.

Great Communicator - Comfortable working with cross-functional and global teams, as well as external testers. Proactive & Self-Motivated - Takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience in footwear, apparel, or product testing. A background in product development. An understanding of footwear science and biomechanics. Familiarity with data collection and analysis methods.
