Here at GXO, we\'re looking for an experienced Warehouse First Line Manager, to join us at our Daventry 535 site
Reporting to Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-performing teams of flexible, engaged colleagues who focus on delivering operational excellence, in order to put our customers first.
In this role, you\'ll be working Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm

You\'ll be paid a salary of \xc2\xa330,778.80 per annum per annum. In addition, we offer 23 days of annual leave. What you\'ll do on a typical day:
Carry out the day-to-day management of a team of warehouse colleagues, managing performance, KPI\'s and driving continuous improvements
Ensure the team is trained and has the capability and confidence to deliver their role
Promote the agreed vision and culture within the site by living the site values and vision
Take responsibility for Health and Safety and lead by example, to ensure consistent compliance
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Proven experience in managing an operational team in a fast-paced warehouse
The ability to lead continuous improvement projects whilst demonstrating excellent planning skills
Excellent communication skills with a focus on maintaining on-site engagement
Ensure effective communication is delivered to colleagues and management teams on a daily basis
