The main responsibility is to service fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV & Door Access systems to the relevant industry standards.
A willingness to deliver exceptional customer service are the primary requirements for this role, as well as the following skills:
To service and carry out repairs on fire and security systems as well as attending call outs for fault finding and carrying out system repairs.
Provide excellent service to exceed the expectations and requirements of our customers.
Complete Engineer job sheets and any other relevant paperwork and return within the timeframes as required
Candidate Requirements
The key technical requirements for this role include:
A minimum of 2 years experience is required with a good working knowledge of various fire alarm and security systems - testing, fault finding and carrying out system repair works
Full UK driving license
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Be part of an out of hours call rota
