Fire Health & Safety Advisor | 12 Months FTC | 3x Site Visits | London | Hybrid

Your new company
Your new company is a well-known University within the public sector. They have a few campus sites and many facilities and corporate services.

Your new role
As a Fire and Estates Health and Safety Advisor you will have a general responsibility for the provision of Health and Safety advice to all University areas ensuring they fulfil their duties to provide a safe work place, safe learners, and safe persons in the effective control of risks associated with each of the University\'s activities.
You will also compliance check of asbestos, legionella and CDM regulations and Fire Safety Regulations. You will monitor the effectiveness of risk assessment, track systems in place for audits, inspection, accident investigation findings/recommendations.

What you\'ll need to succeed
You will need to have health & safety background experience as well as some knowledge of Fire Safety Regulations. You will also need to be able to carry out risk assessments. You will need to hold a NEBOSH General Certificate or Equivalent.

What you\'ll get in return
The role is a 12 Month FTC (which may be extended), hybrid working model, negotiable salary.
