What will you be doing?
The Fire Door Health, Safety and Compliance Trainer role will take direction from and is accountable to the Training Manager, liaising, co-ordinating and communicating with other departments within Marlowe Environmental Services Group as necessary.
The ideal candidate with likely be an experienced Supervisor / Project Manager and an experienced carpenter / joiner and have several years experience of installing, maintaining and repairing Fire Doors to industry, regulatory, and legislative standards.

Helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a 121 basis or in groups
What do I need?
Full Driving License to travel to client sites as required
Comprehensive experience of working with fire doors (i.e. FD30, FD 60, Composite, etc)
Multi - year experience of the installation, maintenance and repairs of Fire Doors ideally in commercial and domestic settings
Experience of fire stopping materials in relation to fire door installations and repairs
High-level proficiency of joinery works in relation to the installation and maintenance of fire doors
Academic/professional training experience
IS NOT A REQUIREMENT
for this role. All Training will be provided
Having training experience or willing to learn to become a trainer
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively deliver training to diverse audiences
