Responsibilities:

- Servicing, maintenance, and repairs of security systems, including access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, and fire detection systems.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues promptly, providing effective solutions to minimise downtime and enhance system performance.

- Collaborate with customers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery within specified timelines.

- Perform system upgrades and enhancements, keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

- Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring their understanding and optimal utilisation of our security systems.

Qualifications:

- Strong technical expertise in security systems, including experience with access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, and fire detection systems.

- Proficient knowledge of networking protocols, IP addressing, and IT infrastructure.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot effectively.

- Solid understanding of relevant regulations, codes, and standards in the security industry.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
