The work will be mainly service and maintenance tasks.The ideal candidate will be suitably qualified and have or working towards their F.I.A Modules. Excellent client-facing skills, and fault-finding experience. Fire Extinguisher experience/qualifications would be desirable.Key Responsibilities:

• Servicing Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV Systems and Access Control.
• Experience working on Advanced, C-Tec, and Kentec panels plus similar expertise in Texecom, Paxton, and Videcon/Hikvision would be desirable.
• To provide callout response for the client as per a callout rota.
• To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way that ensures customer satisfaction.
• Take a proactive approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary.
• Ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and that all necessary documents and records are maintained accurately.
• Compliance at all times with Company Policy & Health and Safety legislation.
