Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our established clients team. With over 25 years experience in the industry and a well known brand across the North of England, you will be well supported with training and mentoring as you establish yourself within the team.
As a Fire Alarm Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers in the field. Your primary duties will be to service equipment and prioritise fault finding with other systems.
Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair complex equipment at customer sites
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues
- Performing scheduled maintenance on fire alarm and detection systems, emergency lighting systems, and other fire and security systems
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct equipment training for customers to ensure proper usage and maintenance
- Assess Upselling opportunities within the Fire Extinguisher and Safety Portfolios
- Fault finding and preparation of official site documentation
