Our client HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is an agency of the Ministry of Justice. From some of the most vulnerable people in our society, to families in crisis, claimants and commercial businesses - HMCTS has a responsibility to administer a justice system that is accessible to everyone and operates efficiently.Sector: Public Sector, Government roleRole: Fines Officer - initially until September 2025, with the chance of an extensionLocation: Birmingham, B4 6QAHours & Pay: Full Time, Monday to Friday - xc2xa312.21 per hour, rising to xc2xa312.53 at week 12.During the first few weeks, you will be fully onsite. Once trained the role will be Hybrid. At the moment the team does 1 week in the office then one week from home.Responsibilities:Taking calls, and dealing with challenging queries
Dealing with admin processes including correspondence, write offs, reports and checks
Reviewing accounts
Managing fines enforcement cases
General enforcement work
Use of in house databasesPerson Specification:Previous administration experience
