Our Client is an award winning, fast-growing Financial Planning firm which provides professional, face to face financial advice to clients throughout the UK who are now looking for an ambitious Administrator to join their team based in Grimsby.

The main purpose of the role will be to support Financial Planners and the Senior Paraplanner will all aspects of the administration including the following:

Processing New Business
Dealing with client queries
Managing an Adviser\'s diary
Creating meeting packs
Liaising with a variety of providers
Assisting the Paraplanner with product research and report writing


This role will be of key importance within the business and the successful candidate must have previous administrative experience within a fast-paced professional environment. Those from financial planning or banking environments would be of particular interest, but we are also keen to speak to candidates from legal or other professional services that are looking to pursue a career in financial planning. Ideally the successful applicant will be working towards either Level 4 Diploma qualification in Financial Planning or CISI Level 4 Certificate of Paraplanning but this is not essential. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively plan and organise your workload and the initiative to resolve issues quickly in an appropriate manner.
