We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join our Finance Team. You will be responsible for delivering all financial reporting for the bpha Group which has an annual turnover of c.\xc2\xa3140 million and assets of c.1.4 billion. The group is made up of a parent and two, main subsidiaries, meaning that consolidation is required. The successful candidate will be familiar with the preparation of management accounts, all primary statements, and statutory accounts of a similar sized entity.
What you will be doing:
Producing all month end, quarter end, half year and year-end financial reports
Planning accurate and efficient month end processes
Delivering balance sheet reconciliations for your areas of responsibility
Assisting with the annual external audit
Monitoring financial controls and processes, ensuring they are reviewed and compliant
We\xe2\x80\x99d love to meet someone who is/has:
Progressing towards a relevant qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Part Qualified/Finalist)
Up to date working knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102)
Proficient in financial and management accounting, and reporting
A high degree of IT literacy (primarily in Financial Reporting Systems and Excel)
Able to build and sustain effective professional working relationships within Finance and the wider business environment
Strong planning and organisational skills
