Meraki Talent is working exclusively with one of the UK\'s leading CA firms on the position of Financial Outsourcing Partner.

We are keen to speak with visionary financial leaders from Practice or Industry or a mix of both.

As a forward-thinking firm, they are committed to providing tailored financial solutions to clients, allowing them to outsource various aspects of their finance function or the entire finance function so their clients can concentrate on what they do best and grow their business whilst the outsourcing team allows them the peace of mind that their financial future is safe and secure.

This includes everything from comprehensive finance functions, and systems, to specific services such as management accounts, statutory reporting, management reporting, board packs, and tier 1 commercial financial advice. The firm is dedicated to assisting clients in realising their growth plans and financial potential.

The Role:

As Financial Outsourcing Partner you will play a pivotal role in leading and growing the Financial Outsourcing function. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team of professionals and develop innovative strategies to provide clients with exceptional financial advice.

You will have a passion for driving growth and innovation and be willing to break down barriers to grow the portfolio and revenue of the Outsourcing function. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team and shape the future of the financial outsourcing department which has grown significantly over recent years in the firm\'s locations throughout the UK.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leadership: Take the helm as the head of the Financial Outsourcing department, inspiring and guiding a team of experts to excel in providing first-class financial solutions to clients.
Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored financial outsourcing services that align with their growth plans.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the department\'s performance, expand its service offerings, and drive revenue growth.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of service delivery, accuracy, and compliance with industry regulations.
Team Development: Mentor, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Business Growth: Actively contribute to the firm\'s expansion and success by helping to attract and retain clients.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and characteristics:

Proven Experience: A strong background in finance, accounting, or related fields, ideally with experience in a leadership role within a CA firm or high-level Industry organisation.
Client-Centric Approach: A deep commitment to understanding and meeting client\'s needs, delivering top-tier financial solutions, and fostering lasting relationships.
Strategic Vision: The ability to think creatively and strategically to drive departmental growth and enhance service offerings.
Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills to inspire and develop your team.
Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of financial outsourcing services, including management accounts, statutory reporting, management reporting, board packs, and commercial financial advice, IFRS.
CA Qualification: A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is highly desirable.
