Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management accounts for UK and US entities Oversee group consolidation and statutory reporting under UK GAAP (and US GAAP where applicable) Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis Manage group cash flow and optimise working capital Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements in both the UK and US Support external audits and maintain internal controls Collaborate with operational leaders to drive financial performance Lead and develop a growing finance team Improve systems and financial processes across regions
What We're Looking For
Essential:

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) 5+ years in a senior finance role, ideally in QSR, hospitality, or multi-site retail Strong understanding of UK GAAP; exposure to US GAAP preferred Proven experience managing international financial operations Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong systems orientation (e.g. Xero, Sage 500, POS integrations)
Desirable:

Experience with private equity or investor reporting Familiarity with franchising models and royalty structures Experience working with multi-currency environments

Pay: 50,000.00-65,000.00 per year
