Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial administrator/ bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations. This role demands an understanding of Sage, Payroll, CIS, Excel, Word. Training will be given in Method Statements and Risk Assessments Documents.

Responsibilities



Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timely payments. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Sage input. Payroll. CIS.

Experience



Proven experience as a Financial administrator or similar role within a finance department. Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, Payroll and Excel are essential. Experience with accounts payable processes is highly desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
