What this job involves:

Finance Processes \xe2\x80\x93 support the UK\xe2\x80\x99s month-end reporting by working with your business, finance and other contacts to ensure accurate output

Business Partnering - working closely with the business and key stakeholders, both locally and across EMEA, to ensure that the impact of decisions is understood, performance is tracked, and outcomes are included in the latest forecasts. Will be expected to actively influence day to day decisions, shaping strategy and the direction of the business. Will independently engage with senior stakeholders, form & stand over their opinions, and challenge the business over decisions and results. Provide effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered

Reporting and Analysis - to provide the UK Head of Finance and the business with greater insight into business performance, identify associated risks and opportunities, review, report and understand the impacts on future performance

Planning and Forecast - to participate and help enhance our current budgeting and forecasting models to improve accuracy. Being on the front foot when forecasting of revenue and costs on both a short and long-term basis by establishing forward looking pipeline reporting.

Part-qualified accountant (Studying ACCA/ACA/CIMA)

Prior experience in an analytical and business partnering position preferred

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Proven track record of helping drive efficiency

Dynamic, driven and self-responsible individual - ability to work independently or with minimal supervision

Advanced excel skills \xe2\x80\x93 high attention to detail and able to learn and become proficient in new technology and systems.
