We're looking for a capable and motivated

Finance Administrator

to join our friendly and fast-paced Finance team. Supporting the Financial Controller, this is a key role where your contribution will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

What You'll Be Doing



This is a varied and hands-on role, perfect for someone with a strong sense of responsibility and an eye for detail. You'll be involved in all aspects of the finance function--from processing invoices and reconciling accounts, to supporting credit control and preparing key financial information.

Key Responsibilities



Process supplier invoices and employee expense claims with accuracy and care Manage accounts payable functions, including coding, data entry and payments Support accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections and account reconciliation Carry out bank reconciliations and maintain accuracy in the general ledger Assist with month-end tasks, including trial balance and journal postings Handle transactions such as credit cards, petty cash and intercompany charges Keep financial records well-organised and audit-ready Maintain both sales and purchase ledgers Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to resolve queries Monitor aged debt and support the credit controller with collection activities Document all customer communications and payment arrangements accurately
