DigitalBridge is looking for an Accounting Manager to serve as a key member of the corporate accounting team to support its day-to-day activities and related financial reporting responsibilities. Responsibilities:

• Manage general accounting and reporting for several international entities including UK, EU and APAC corporate entities
• Work closely with the DBRG finance teams in the US and international locations
• Assist with UK/IFRS GAAP/US GAAP/Local GAAP conversions and review
• Assist with statutory reporting filings and preparation of financial statements
• Review and/or preparation of journal entries, accruals, & balance sheet reconciliations done internally or by 3rd party
• Assisting with cost allocations, transfer pricing and intercompany billings/ management
• Oversee budget for EU, UK and APAC entities
• Provide monthly variance reports and quarterly reports as needed for local board meetings
• Assist with local compliance reviews, including capital adequacy monitoring and reporting
• Work closely with Tax and other accounting teams relating to tax and audit queries
• Assisting with external audits and being primary liaison for statutory audits
• Assisting with any local hiring needs and oversight of any local third-party providers
• Assist with technical accounting research and documentation as needed
• Assist with monthly and quarterly Corporate accounting and reporting processes
• Ad hoc requests and special projects, as needed

• Qualified Accountant with 6-7 years` relevant experience
• Degree in Accounting or Finance; IFRS/ UK GAAP experience (US GAAP exposure preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Enthusiastic, hands-on, and proactive with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel required; Yardi experience is a plus
