About the role:
Financial Accountant \xe2\x80\x93 FTC \xe2\x80\x93 65k \xe2\x80\x93 9 months
I\xe2\x80\x99m partnered with a growing and successful real estate developer in London. You will be working closely with the Financial Controller, and stakeholders within the business where we are looking for a bright, articulate and self-driven individual to join the team.
To be successful as a financial accountant, you should have an accounting degree and experience as an accountant. Ultimately, a seasoned Financial Accountant should be competent in financial principles and ensure the organisation complies with the law.
Some Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly accounts
- Conducting internal audits
- Preparing budgets for the organisation
- Prepare and post journals each quarter for accruals, prepayments, deferred income and real estate agency billing to tenants
- Overseeing tax payments
- Assist with a wide variety of investor and business reporting
- Fully qualified accountant
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role
- Real estate experience
