Company: MMC CorporateDescription:We are seeking a talented individual to join our Accounting Operations team at Marsh McLennan (MMC) Corporate Services. This role can be base in either Milton Keynes or Worcester. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.If you are looking for a role within a leading, global organisation and are able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, together with an interest in Finance, we would love to hear from you. The successful candidate will also be familiar with MS Excel and be comfortable working with spreadsheets.In this role, you will play a key part in reconciling insurer statement to our own records, ensuring service level agreement are met.We will count on you to :

• Generate payments in line with regulatory procedures
• Effectively investigate queries with internal stakeholders to ensure a satisfactory conclusion
• Undertake all administrative functions associated with the role
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
• Ensure statutory controls and audit requirements are met
• Identify opportunities to enhance the accuracy of key processes

What you need to have:

• Excellent numerical skills and a keen attention to detail.
• A collaborative team player with outstanding communication skills.
• A pragmatic approach to problem resolution.
• Proficiency in Excel
