Would you like the opportunity to be accountable for your own team within the UK HQ of a multimillion-pound turnover business?
Do you have the skills and the confidence to drive a busy team to meet daily and monthly transactional deadlines?
We are looking to recruit an experienced Supervisor / Team Leader to take on the challenge.
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller.
You can expect to take on:
- Management of a team of four across Accounts Payable / Cashiering / Finance Administration.
- Monthly transactional processing \xe2\x80\x93 predominantly sub-contractors.
- Meeting deadlines for circa 3,500 invoices per period and related expenses claims.
- Working with Procurement on pricing, supply, and invoicing issues.
- Identifying and helping to resolve Supplier and Credit Control issues.
- Preparation and submission of returns.
- Assistance with year end and audits.
- Supervisory experience \xe2\x80\x93 across training and coaching and KPIs.
- Strong IT skills and a willingness to improve systems and procedures.
- Drive and determination to be the best.
- Hybrid working (2 days at home each week)
- 36 hours per week including 1.30 finish on Fridays and you can start early or finish late\xe2\x80\xa6
