to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle Financials solutions, primarily within the Oracle E-Business Suite (R12). This individual will act as a strategic partner to Finance and IT teams, driving innovation and ensuring the ERP system effectively supports business processes and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the functional expert and primary point of contact for
Oracle Financial modules
:GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, and Tax
Lead end-to-end
solution design
for financial transformation and automation projects
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle solutions
Manage and prioritize
enhancement requests, bug fixes, and upgrades
Oversee
configuration, testing, and deployment
of Oracle financial solutions
Provide functional support during
month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes
Collaborate with technical teams on
interfaces, conversions, and extensions
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g.,
IFRS, GAAP
) and local tax regulations
Drive adoption of
Oracle best practices
and Cloud capabilities (if applicable)
Coordinate with vendors and system integrators during implementations or upgrades
Deep knowledge of
financial business processes
, closing cycles, and ERP best practices
Strong experience in
Subledger Accounting (SLA)

multi-currency
, and
multi-org
environments
Familiarity with
Oracle workflows, approval hierarchies, and role-based access
Strong SQL skills and understanding of Oracle tables for reporting and reconciliation
? Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum
12+ years
of hands-on experience with Oracle Financials (EBS R12 or Oracle Cloud)
Strong understanding of
financial accounting principles
, statutory compliance, and tax requirements
Proven experience leading Oracle ERP implementations or upgrades across multiple geographies
Familiarity with
Oracle Security, Workflow Approvals, and Reporting Tools
(BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Oracle Certification (e.g.,
Exposure to Agile, ITIL, or similar project methodologies
