What you'll do





We're recruiting for a Finance Process Excellence Manager to join our Finance Transformation team at Vodafone UK.



The Finance Transformation Team is responsible for the management and delivery of significant programmes of change. The Finance Process Excellence Manager is a critical role, providing the centralised management of Finance processes, along with the identification and eradication of pain points to ensure Finance processes are optimal.



Key responsibilities will also include:

Team Management:

manage the day to day running of the Process Excellence Team

Demand Management:

Own the Process Excellence demand process (Triage, prioritisation, allocation, etc.)

Analysis & Reporting:

Conduct root cause analysis and own the benefits identification process, whilst developing metrics and KPIs to measure realisation and effectiveness.

Process Improvement & Implementation:

Analyse current finance processes and identify areas for improvement, with a view to then design, implement, and monitor process changes.

Delivery Roadmap:

Responsible for the planning and management of Process Excellence delivery roadmap.

Who you are





Deep understanding of process excellence/process improvement/project management methodologies, process mapping, and value stream analysis. Experience of building, enabling, and delivering through matrix teams (preferably with experience of managing global teams) Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred Proven track record of implementing successful process improvements in a Finance environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Certified in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Design Thinking, SAFe, Agile or Kanban preferred. Technical experience utilising SAP Signavio or ARIS desirable, but not essential. Worried that you don't meet all the desired criteria exactly?
