About the team

You will join as part of the Enterprise Finance Partner Team with the Merchant Solutions (Worldpay) line of business at FIS. The team is responsible for partnering the commercial Enterprise business ($2BN P&L) with ambitious growth plans, with the overall aim of proactively diving the right decisions to aid in both revenue and margin growth.

What you will be doing

This is a commercially focused role supporting the Senior Finance Partner on working with the North America commercial team on all things finance related; from communicating monthly results to building specific analysis/insight to help highlight a potential risk within the region. With a $1BN P&L covering some of the worlds largest brands, the North America region is one of the core growth drivers of the Merchant Solutions/Worldpay business, with this role being key in helping to support this.

• Support the Senior Finance Partner in understanding monthly results, creating performance review deck and communicating to the business, as well as owning other monthly reporting processes

• Act as the translator between Finance and the business; being able to effectively communicate through all layers of management, whilst delivering actionable insight and challenge to all stakeholders involved

• Act as main point of contact for FP&A team for relevant inputs/outputs into monthly forecast process

• Key Finance partner for several high net worth customers, where the commercial team need a more bespoke approach to understanding performance
• Lead on financial reviews with commercial teams, focusing on highlighting potential risks and opps that may arise in their portfolios going forwards
• Provide meaningful executive level analysis of business performance and insightful supporting commentary, and where necessary develop and monitor KPIs with the aim of communicating actionable insights to help influence and drive decision making to lead to enhanced financial outcome

What you bring:

• Qualified or part qualified accountant (preferably CIMA)
• Strong presenting and turning \'data into insight\' skills
• Demonstrated experience in driving change and influencing snr stakeholders - key to success in role
• Highly motivated & confident self starter
• Strong relationship building skills \xe2\x80\x93 must be comfortable in challenging the business where required
• Experience in a fast paced, dynamic and complex industry
• Minimum 3 years experience in FP&A/Finance Partnering

Added bonus if you have:

• Knowledge of the payments industry
• Experience working for a global organisation, building relationships with international stakeholders
• Experience of working in a \xe2\x80\x98transformational\xe2\x80\x99 environment, with proven ability to stand up new value add processes and reports/insights
• Proven ability to present financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
