Job Description
A 3-month temporary opportunity working as a full-time Finance Manager. My client is offering an excellent hourly rate of \xc2\xa314.00 - \xc2\xa315.00 with hybrid working on offer based in Preston.
The key responsibilities of a Finance Manager will include, but may not be limited to;
- Manage the transactional staff including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Management and reconciliation of cash.
- To raise and process ad-hoc Sales invoices.
- Liaise with auditors at year-end.
- Manage and control payment of suppliers and staff expenses.
- To cover the work of other members of the finance team.
- Identity inaccurate entries.
The successful candidate as a Finance Manager must possess the following skill set and experience.
- Background working in Not for Profit and Charities desirable.
- AAT qualified or equivalent.
- Ability to adapt to new systems and software.
- Great understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to commute to Preston.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communicator.
