Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review statutory accounts for a wide range of clients.
Handle self-assessment tax returns with accuracy and efficiency.
Oversee and process payroll services for multiple clients.
Supervise and support a small team of four, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
Maintain accurate records and bookkeeping using Xero.
Build trusted relationships with clients and provide sound advice.
Work autonomously and take full responsibility for your workload.
Skills & Experience:
Strong background in finance with experience in an accountancy practice.
Confident in managing and processing payroll.
Comfortable working with Xero accounting software.
Able to produce statutory accounts and complete self-assessments independently.
Experienced in leading and mentoring a small team.
Professional, reliable, and self-sufficient.
Strong communication skills and a calm, methodical approach.

Qualifications
Proven experience in financial management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Relevant qualifications in finance or accounting (e.g. ACCA, CIMA).
