Following the great news that we\'ve awarded our Finance Manager a promotion, we\'re now looking to find someone to take over the reins, to make the position their own.

About this Finance Manager job
Joining a small group of friendly people in smart, modern offices, your role as Finance Manager will see you leading and developing our small finance team whilst being responsible for the day-to-day management of the Finance Department.
Working in a small finance team, supporting key internal business functions, this job will give you the opportunity to thrive in a business where a healthy work-life balance is encouraged. You\'ll be given all the help you need to learn the computer systems we use and you\'ll also be given great training on the company\'s product range so you feel confident to deliver a great internal service along with the rest of the team.
The current offices are modern and smart and, at the end of this year, we\'re planning to move to brand new, purpose built offices near the Stonehouse train station, all newly decorated, with new equipment and modern break out rooms for taking lunch and getting to know your new colleagues. We\'re also planning to add a table football table and other fun things to use at break times if that\'s your thing!
The team has grown again this year to support increasing demand for the product range, and feedback from a person who joined us recently confirmed that they have been made to feel very welcome indeed, and they were made to feel part of the team very quickly. This person\'s new colleagues have been friendly and supportive. The training on how to use the computer systems has been great and this person feels that they have been helped along the way to become the best they can be in their job as they settle in.
