A bit about the role...
Day to day, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be a vital part of the Supply Chain Finance team reporting to the Senior Finance Manager Production and primarily your focus will be on the 3rd parties within the EMENA & UK&I regions, as well as supporting our own Basildon facility as and when needed.

• Working with coffee procurement leads on tender analysis and supplier KPI performance
• Establishing costing routines on an end-to-end basis \xe2\x80\x93 Green Bean through to finished goods
• Develop playbook for various 3rd Party Operating models & new supplier on-boarding
• Developing appropriate reporting packs and cadence
• Define the various operating models and ways of working for each
• Establish framework and hierarchy of models that optimise current capabilities
• Integrated with Business Units & planning teams to ensure alignment of sales, production and buying

• All round financial management capability, incorporating forecasting techniques, reporting and control
• Commercial insight skills and understanding of operational business drivers \xe2\x80\x93 See the end to end
• Influencing skills, esp. in dealing with non-finance personnel
• All round commercial finance expertise \xe2\x80\x93CIMA/ACCA/ACA
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, data modelling and scenario planning
• Excellent understanding of data cubes environments
