Job Description

:

The Finance Manager - Portfolio & Investment Appraisal is responsible for the development and the management of the optimal capital investment portfolio which aligns to Heathrow\'s Strategic Objectives and delivers the best outcomes for every investment.

You and your direct reports will act as business partners to the Solutions function, working with them to understand the business case for any investment/prospect, and are accountable for overseeing the business case appraisal process by the partnering teams at all stages of the gateway lifecycle, ensuring alignment of business case outcomes to the company\'s strategic direction and ensuring correct governance and accounting treatment.

This role will need to lead and co-ordinate both internal and external governance, managing third party stakeholders and delivering an efficient and effective governance process which will lead to long term Capital development.

Working Location

Our agile approach offers the opportunity to combine home working with meetings, events and training at the airport. All roles involve some on-site working each week, so you\'ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
