Are you a Head of Finance or Finance Manager looking for a move?
We assisting to recruit a Finance Manager to join a large Tier 1 Contractor, managing the financial aspects of a major construction project, based at Devonport Dockyard.

The site is a fast paced, growing in value and requires a Senior Finance Lead to have an active presence on site run the oversee the joint venture financial operations delivering a framework of Circ. \xc2\xa3300m + over the next 5 years.
This is a great start up opportunity requiring someone with experience of running broad finance teams from transactions to strategic planning, key is knowledge of large-scale construction projects.

As the Finance Manager you will oversee all functions of project finance, from invoicing to supporting new business, cost audits, liaising with tax etc.

• Provide advise onto the business areas on all accounting matters, financial practice, legislation.
• Maintain the master auditable records of the management accounts and forecasts.
• Lead and submit group reporting.Support the tender team.
• Provide financial information to business partners.

What you will need:

• Similar experience with a Tier 1 Contractor / large value construction projects
• Fully qualified
• Extensive understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
• Understand and conduct complex data analysis and transform into business actions.
• Identify and address financial issues.
• Experience of using Oracle, Causeway will be advantageous.
