About the role

At Node4, we're looking for a Finance Manager to join our Digital Division - a pivotal role responsible for the timely and accurate financial reporting of a high-growth area of the business. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role with a real opportunity to shape processes, support strategic decision-making, and work closely with a collaborative and high-performing finance team.

What will you be doing?

Lead the month-end close process including accruals, prepayments, inter-company transactions, and variance analysis Manage financial consolidation for the Digital Division, including entities in Ireland and Portugal Deliver high-quality P&L and balance sheet reporting Ensure accuracy in financial data, perform detailed reviews, and explain key trends or anomalies Oversee compliance and statutory reporting, including working with third-party advisors on tax filings and statutory accounts Provide support during audits and ensure audit readiness for the Digital Division Approve bank payments, vendor setups, and employee expenses Perform balance sheet reviews, headcount reporting, reconciliations, and control account oversight Contribute to insurance renewal data, ad hoc financial analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives Act as a mentor and support to the wider finance team, with opportunities to grow your leadership role Support finance systems developments and implementation of new tools (e.g., billing, time recording, recurring revenue)

What you will bring?

ACCA or CIMA qualified Strong technical accounting skills, including month-end close, P&L, and balance sheet reporting Experience with revenue recognition for service-based businesses Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and strong attention to detail Ability to prioritise, manage deadlines, and stay calm under pressure Confident communicator, able to work effectively across all levels and departments Experience with audit processes and maintaining financial controls Knowledge of Microsoft NAV/Business Central or similar large ERP system Experience in consolidated reporting and services/project accounting Background in the technology or services sector
