- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in the health care sector.

- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
