MCS Group is delighted to be working with a leading FMCG company based in Craigavon as they look to recruit a Finance Manager to lead their finance team, reporting directly into the Managing Directors.

Company:

My client is a leading FMCG business based in Craigavon who have recently acquired new factories as part of their growth plan. Now is a great time to join them as they look to appoint a Finance Manager who will lead their finance team and report directly into the managing director, improving and optimising their processes along the way.

Role:

Overseeing a team of 4, duties of this role include:

• Management Accounts preparation
• Financial analysis
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Board pack preparation
• Process improvement and optimisation
• Liaising with directors

Person:

My client is looking for someone who is:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified by Experience
• Experienced in Team Management
• Experienced working within Industry
• Experienced in process improvement would be beneficial

Package:

• Salary up to \xc2\xa360k (DoE)
• Performance-based bonus
• Pension
• 20 days holiday
