Job Description
Axon Moore are exclusively partnering with an international, well-established manufacturing business in Chorley. This client has a brilliant reputation on the market and they are looking to recruit a Finance Manager from a manufacturing background to join them due to internal movement.
This role will involve the management/financial accounts as well as the financial reporting around a number of legal entities.
Main Duties but not limited to:
- Produce the Monthly Management Accounts pack for multiple legal entities to Group.
- Deliver a comprehensive and professional service to all stakeholders.
- Ensure the financial controls are in place to protect the integrity of the financial statements
- Produce budget/forecasts and analysis around materials and inventory.
- Prepare Financial Accounts in line with Group accounting policies and timelines
- ACCA/CIMA qualified Accountant or Finalist
- Experience in working within a Manufacturing business is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills to be able to effectively partner with other areas of the business
- Excellent analytical skills
- Hardworking attitude and proactive approach to improve processes
- Advanced Excel skills
