Job Description
The ONE Group is exclusively partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed commercial IT supplier in Cambridge to recruit a Finance Manager for a newly created role. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position will be pivotal in overseeing daily financial operations and driving strategic financial decisions.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare group accounts, annual budgets, and forecasts, presenting financial insights to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Oversee monthly management accounts and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage cash flow, assess financial risks, and implement internal controls.
- Collaborate with the CFO and CEO on business modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and board reporting.
- Handle transfer pricing and tax planning.
- Oversee annual accounts, tax filings, and R&D tax credit management.
- Qualified ACCA, ACA, or CIMA (or equivalent experience).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Xero and other accounting/ERP systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of VAT, PAYE/NIC, transfer pricing, and import/export regulations.
- Line management experience.
