The Role

As a

Finance Manager

, you will work closely with the Board to provide financial oversight, ensure robust processes, and take a hands-on approach to financial operations. This role is ideal for an ambitious finance professional looking to progress their career.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and co- coordinate preparation, review, and provide insights on management accounts. Perform reconciliation, analysis, and commentary for balance sheet accounts. Assist with the preparation of management information and analysis Contribute to year-end audit preparations and support. Manage monthly, quarterly VAT/PAYE/CIS and other similar tax return routines. Input and support in the annual budget process. Preparation of year-end statutory accounts and simple corporation tax computations Support with budgets and forecasts as required, including project cashflow forecasts. Develop and document internal / system controls and cross-departmental processes. Offer support and input into purchase/debtors/creditors ledger. Support when required the integration, accounting, and reporting of group entities

What We're Looking For:

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification

. Experience in

either Practice or Industry

--this role is open to those transitioning from Practice into Industry for the first time.

Strong technical finance knowledge

and a hands-on approach. A collaborative mindset and the ability to

work as part of a close-knit team
