OVERVIEW

The Ad Sales Finance team is seeking an experienced professional to join as a Manager, Ad Sales Finance reporting into the Senior Director, Ad Sales Finance. This position will work closely with Ad Sales Global sales teams, focusing on Sales budgeting, reporting, and analysis. We\'re looking for an exceptional, results-oriented individual who uniquely combines the interpersonal skills to act as a primary liaison between the Ad Sales Finance team and the internal constituents within the Global Ad Sales Division who also has the quantitative skills to analyze and model the financial implications and results of NBCU\'s Global advertising opportunities.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with Global Ad Sales personnel across different companies (NBCU, CNBCi and Sky)
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Planning, Marketing, Research, Operations, Sales, etc.) to develop a holistic view of the global ad sales marketplace - CNBC International, Global Partnerships & Apple News UK.
• Own the CNBCi Ad Sales process, monitoring, tracking, reporting and analysis.
• Develop and own core reporting and analytical processes for Global Ad Sales.
• Play an active role in sales and financial forecasting across all NBCU forecasting cycles and budget planning (manage salesforce reporting, bottoms-up budget analysis with Global Sales Leadership.)
• Salesforce reporting expert
• Build and present detailed financial reporting for Global teams, including booked & pipeline, incremental spend analysis, budget tracking/pacing for revenue, regional spending across global markets, and monetization opportunities.
• Provide regular updates to Senior Director regarding Revenue Pacing.
• Partner with Senior Director on over all aspects of Global Ad sales Revenue reporting

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications/Experience:

• Finance / Accounting Degree
• Professional Accounting qualification preferred
• MNC experience (media or telecommunications experience preferred)
• Strong IT skills essential (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, Business Warehouse preferred
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving & communication skills
• Solid business perspective & interest in media industry
