We have roles based in Weybridge and our London Plant in West Thurrock, both easily commutable from London, as well as positions in Harrogate and Newcastle. Please do express your preference and we can do our best to work to it.

P&G Finance Leaders of Tomorrow Academy \xe2\x80\x93 December 11th to 12th 2023

The Finance Leaders of Tomorrow Academy is the final step in our application process to secure yourself a graduate role with P&G! It is a learning course designed to challenge your business and critical thinking, networking and team building skills, in real business situations. At our Finance Leaders of Tomorrow Academy, you will work on a real brand case study covering all aspects of business, followed by a final interview with some of our leaders.

The Finance Leaders of Tomorrow Academy will be held in person on December 11th to 12th, 2023.

What You Will Gain:

Competitive Compensation: The annual starting salary for this role is \xc2\xa337,000. We consistently benchmark our salaries against top competitors and every P&G employee\xe2\x80\x99s salary is reviewed at least annually so there is ample room for growth. In addition to this you\xe2\x80\x99ll receive an annual bonus based on business results.

Enrolment into Vision \xe2\x80\x93 in your first two years with us will be enrolled into our Vision group. The purpose of this group is to connect new hires across our commercial UK sites, by building their capability and organising fun events throughout the year!

Job Qualifications

What We Look For:

University undergraduates/graduates who have completed a degree or will complete their degree by Summer 2024. We accept applicants from any discipline who have a passion for Finance.

Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities. Tell us what you\xe2\x80\x99re proud of \xe2\x80\x93 be it playing a musical instrument or holding down a job alongside your studies. We want to get to know you!

Demonstrated leadership skills and analytical capability.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong verbal and written English language skills.

Start dates: The role is available from Summer 2024 onwards.
