**12 month FTC**We are seeking a strategic and commercially astute Finance Director to support the business during this crucial growth phase. This individual will be responsible for leading the financial strategy, managing investor relations, and ensuring the company is well-positioned for continued expansion.The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-growth startups, raising capital, and engaging with venture capital firms. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly scaling business in a high-impact leadership role.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial strategy, planning, and budgeting to support business growth.
• Lead fundraising initiatives, including equity and debt financing.
• Manage relationships with venture capital investors and other key stakeholders.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making at the executive level.
• Ensure robust financial controls and governance across the business.
• Support due diligence processes for potential investment rounds.
• Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive business performance.
• Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finance Director, CFO, or similar leadership role.
• Strong track record in fundraising and capital management.
• Experience in working with venture capital firms and external investors.
• Background in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance risk and opportunity.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred.
