What you will be doing\xe2\x80\xa6

Our Group Finance team are on the lookout for a talented Business Analyst to join the team initially on a 6-month FTC!

You will be where Operations meets Finance in this brand-new role \xe2\x80\xa6influencing change in our truly iconic business!

This is an independent role which requires self-motivation and a willingness to learn. You will drive efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in financial processes, ensuring they align with organisational objectives and industry best practices.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams you will be identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing solutions, and monitoring ongoing performance to support the company\'s financial health & growth.

As we move into more complex areas of finance, we\'re looking for someone with an accounting / audit background. Less experience in process mapping is acceptable for candidates with a financial background and demonstrative abilities in communications and approach.

This role would suit someone looking to gain experience and contribute towards an impacting company-wide initiative to transform finance in a global company.

Qualifications

Experience that you\'ll need\xe2\x80\xa6

  • Has experience, or is motivated to learn & understand best practices in documenting process flows
  • ACA /ACCA / CIMA qualification is preferable, though not essential
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • The ability to transform explanations into clear and easy-to-follow documentation
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience within finance functions or business process analysis
  • Experience of working in a multi-site, multi-location organisation with distributed Finance teams
