As a Christian charity with an inclusive ethos, we believe in creating communities where everyone can thrive. We are now seeking a Finance Business Partnering Manager to help drive our mission forward through strategic financial leadership.

The Role




As Finance Business Partnering Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring financial insights inform key decisions and support the charity's strategic goals. You will:

Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes Deliver impactful financial analysis and performance reports Partner with senior leaders to assess the viability of new initiatives Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiencies Manage and develop a team of two Finance Business Partners Support strategic projects and audit processes

This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with decision-makers to shape the future of our organisation.

About You




We're looking for someone who brings:

A recognised accounting qualification (or equivalent experience) Strong skills in financial planning, analysis, and modelling Proven experience working with senior stakeholders A collaborative, solutions-focused approach Excellent communication and team leadership skills Proficiency in Excel and financial systems A values-driven mindset

Experience in the charity or social housing sector is a bonus but not essential.
