About the role

PwC is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Finance Associate to join our Business Partnering Team. This role serves as the first point of contact for general finance and business decision support, working closely with Finance Managers to produce essential financial insights for our business. This is a diverse and engaging role, vital to the firm's success.

What your days will look like:

Strategic Planning:

Provide analysis and insights for P&L management, support strategic decision-making, and assist with forecasting.

Budgeting and Reporting:

Prepare budgets, plans, and forecasts in collaboration with the Planning & Reporting Centre of Excellence.

Performance Management:

Interpret monthly financial results, monitor performance against KPIs, and develop relationships with the Operations team.

Financial Control:

Offer accounting advice, support financial control for projects, and provide local intelligence to the Financial Control Centre of Excellence.

Knowledge of accounting proficiency:

Knowledge of accounting standards, including IFRS 15.

Excellent written and verbal skills.

Excel proficiency:

Intermediate to advanced skills.

Educational pursuit:

Studying or willing to undertake an accounting qualification.
