Partnering in Success: You will forge strong relationships with the Senior Finance Director and the John Crane Global Supply Chain Leadership Team. Collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams, including Business Portfolio Leaders, Site Operations, R&D, Engineering, Quality, Sales & Aftermarket, and our Global and Local Finance teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Contributing proactively and creatively to the development of Global Supply Chain strategies.
• Managing the communication and presentation of financial data, including cost analysis and project savings/benefits.
• Facilitating close interaction between finance functions and the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team to influence decision-making.

• Ensure that finance is represented appropriately on all key project boards and using leadership skills to influence decision-making.
• Support the implementation of Lean principles, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and standardisation across our new processes.
