• You will take full ownership of any assigned P&L segments/business areas, including investigation into all areas of the P&L, applying scepticism and intellectual curiosity
• In addition, you will work with the business to produce rolling forecasts, annual budgets and strategic planning processes for areas of responsibility with a strong focus on review and insightful commentary
• Challenge and review business forecasts, reporting on key risk and opportunities and support in the escalation of business issues with timely financial analysis
• You will support the Finance Managers with the delivery of all group reporting submissions from the FP&R team
• Enhance the business partnering experience by providing valuable financial insights and improving reporting quality and interaction. Support on driving any collective improvements in this area
• Furthermore, you will support the business to identify/generate growth and savings programmes to deliver business performance targets

What makes you great

• You have a relevant degree and a strong, proven accounting background (CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified) with first time passed preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with both financial and less-financial audiences of all levels of a multi-national organisation
• If you have previous experience in a commercial, business facing role this would be desirable
• Furthermore, if you have a good knowledge of SAP S4 & IBM TM1 systems this would also be desirable
