CMA Recruitment Group are working with an exciting and growing business, based in central Basingstoke, Hampshire. Due to an internal restructure, an opportunity has arisen for an FP&A Analyst to join their fast paced and busy team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a progressive individual who is naturally inquisitive, analytical and enjoys problem solving.
What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?
- Financial modelling - forecasts and budgets;
- Analysis \xe2\x80\x93 funding proposals, pricing quotations, balance sheet;
- Collaborating with the Sales, Senior Leadership and Finance functions to ensure analysis remains appropriate;
- Identify opportunities to implement improvements to processes and procedures.
- Has completed all levels of AAT / or a graduate who is looking to study towards ACA / ACCA / CIMA;
- Strong MS Excel skills, with experience of data manipulation and modelling;
- Flexible, organised and analytical approach;
- Experience of meeting deadlines, managing changing priorities and delivering accurate results;
- Confident communication skills.
- Hybrid working available (50/50);
